Shock! - 1lb Combat Roobot Kit (and parts)

These kits are based on the event winning designs of my 1lb combat robots. These horizontal spinners are designed to be durable, reliable, easy to assemble and repair, and easy to operate. These kits would be perfect for someone who has gotten experience with a weaponless robot and is looking to step up to a robot with a serious weapon.

Warnings:
○These are NOT toys. At full speed these disks can contain as much kinetic energy as some handgun rounds.

○Do not test or operate this bot outside a suitable enclosed arena that has a minimum of 1/4" thick polycarbonate walls or stronger. Failure to do so may result in severe injury.

○By purchasing this product you acknowledge that you are responsible for the safe use of this product and that Absolute Chaos Robotics or its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages.

○We firmly believe that everyone should first use a robot without a weapon (such as the Viper kit) to learn the essentials before stepping up to a robot with a dangerous weapon and the greater risk that entails.

Some Assembly Required. This is not a kit for absolute beginners, and it will require soldering as well as extra tools to complete it (unless you buy the fully assembled Complete Kit).

Kit Options
The Base Kit option comes with all of the structural and electronic parts (but not tools) needed to build the selected robot, with the exception of the radio receiver (to give you the option of using an existing radio setup you may have).

If you already have a FS-i6 transmitter (or any other one that uses the AFHDS 2A protocol), there is now an option to add a FS2A 4ch receiver to a kit without needing to upgrade to a Complete Kit.

The Complete Kit comes with all of the Base Kit PLUS most of the tools and equipment you need to field it as an operating combat robot. This includes a radio transmitter and receiver, a set of hand tools for assembly, a safety pin/clip for the weapon, a battery charger, a LiPo charging safety bag, and a maintenance stand for displaying and working on the robot. A soldering iron and some tool to apply heat to heat shrink tubing will still be required to complete the robot.

The Complete Kit - Fully Assembled is the complete kit, but with all of the work done for you. Just charge the battery, put it in the bot, and you're ready to compete!

Shock! - 1lb Combat Robot Kit
The frame is made from 1.5mm carbon fiber plates sandwiching carbon fiber filled nylon walls with metal inserts for added strength. The drive is powered by my brushed drive ESCs. The weapon is a 3/16” thick 81g AR500 single tooth disk with a 5.5" tip diameter and a top speed of 10,000 rpm. (FS-i6 Transmitter and FS2A receiver recommended to complete robot.)
